Billing FAQ
Why three payment processors?
Stripe handles cards globally. PayPal serves users who prefer it (or don't have a card). Razorpay is for India — UPI, RuPay, and INR pricing without 3% FX losses. You pick at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds?
If something is broken on our end, email us within 30 days of your charge and we'll refund in full. Otherwise our policy is to cancel rather than refund — you keep access through the paid period.
Do you charge VAT / GST?
EU VAT is added at checkout for EU customers. Indian GST is collected via Razorpay for Indian customers. Everywhere else, the listed price is the price.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
